According to the relevant policy of Ministry of Education of People’s Republic of China, non-Chinese students to study in China are required to purchase and maintain comprehensive insurance. The university will not register any student without a valid insurance. We will arrange for insurance purchase on the day of on-site registration (insurance cost: about 160 RMB), and non-Chinese students are advised to purchase it on site. Chinese students are requested to hold the insurance that can cover accidental injury and medical protection for illness, and the insurance can be purchased during the summer school on-site registration (with passport presented) or purchased before coming to RUC. And the insurance period must cover the entire duration of the student's classes and accommodation at RUC.
